There are red curries, and then there is the Short Rib Red Curry at Lotus. Rich, deeply aromatic, and short rib so tender you barely need a fork. 🤤
If you haven’t ordered this yet, consider this your sign to change your usual order tonight

Man, it feels good to say this: we’re finally back home! 🥹 It’s wild to think it’s been 9 years, but we are officially back where it all started.
We changed things up a little bit (shout out to the bigger bar), but don’t worry, we kept the soul of the place exactly the same. The legendary green carpet is still holding down the main dining room, and the wine cellar is fully stocked and ready for you

What people say
Thai restaurants are known for their bold flavors, aromatic spices, and unique ingredients. Lotus of Siam in Las Vegas takes this reputation to a whole new level with their authentic Northern Thai cuisine. Since 1999, Chef Saipin and her husband Bill have been serving up delicious dishes that have earned them numerous accolades including a James Beard Award and a Gourmet Magazine review.
Lotus of Siam's family-friendly atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a casual night out or a special occasion. The restaurant's small size adds to its charm and creates an intimate dining experience. But what really sets Lotus of Siam apart is their menu. Chef Saipin's distinct cooking style has been passed down through generations, resulting in dishes that are bursting with flavor.
The northern-style cooking at Lotus of Siam features hearty herbs and spices, along with Thai-style stews and coconut-less curries. Their set menus allow guests to try recipes that have been in the Chutima family for over 100 years. From the crispy catfish salad to the spicy beef jerky, every dish is expertly prepared and full of bold flavors.
Overall, Lotus of Siam is a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Thai dining experience in Las Vegas. With its delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff, it's no wonder why this family-owned restaurant has become a local favorite over the years.
