It is officially a done deal! 🏢🔑

We are incredibly proud to announce that the City of Las Vegas has officially passed Resolution 55-206, funding and awarding a two-year partnership to the Transition Kitchen Foundation and Stew’s Stix Cafe!

We have officially secured our permanent brick-and-mortar home at 330 W. Washington Ave right in the heart of the Historic Westside. This facility will serve as a dual-purpose commercial kitchen for Stew’s Stix and a tuition-free, “earn-while-you-learn” culinary vocational school.

This is about more than just great food. It’s about job creation, union-backed career placement, and true economic mobility for the neighborhood.

Thank you to the City Council, our incredible team, and everyone who has believed in this vision. We are getting the keys and getting straight to work.

Stay tuned for our official Grand Opening dates this August. We are just getting started!
