What people say
Barbecue restaurants are known for their mouth-watering smoked meats, savory sauces, and delicious sides. Lucky Cat BBQ on N. Las Vegas Boulevard is no exception to this rule. This barbecue joint offers a unique twist on classic dishes that will leave your taste buds begging for more.
One of the standout dishes at Lucky Cat BBQ is their Mesquite Brisket Tacos. Smoked for 15 hours and then fried in beef tallow, these tacos are topped with a three-cheese medley, BBQ sauce, onion, and cilantro. The result is a flavor explosion that will have you coming back for seconds.
Another must-try dish is the Mesquite Smoked Sloppy Joe "King" with Lays Classic on King's Hawaiian Bun. This elevated comfort food combines wood smoke, sweet notes, spice, and vinegar tang to create a truly unique flavor profile.
For those looking for something different, Lucky Cat BBQ offers Spam Burnt Ends glazed in their signature BBQ sauce. And if you're feeling adventurous, try their Prime Brisket Banh Mi - mesquite-smoked brisket paired with Vietnamese pickled veggies, jalapeno slivers, Sriracha garlic aioli, and house-made BBQ sauce on toasted local bread.
With inspections soon to be completed and city licenses and permits finalized, Lucky Cat BBQ will be ready to rock and roll in no time. Keep an eye out for their opening at the end of June - it might just be the perfect birthday gift to yourself!
