For public transport, you can take the bus number 109 that goes towards W Lake Mead Blvd and get off at the stop near the intersection of W Lake Mead Blvd and N Rainbow Blvd. From there, it's just a short walk to your destination.
If driving/parking, head towards W Lake Mead Blvd and turn onto N Rainbow Blvd. Once on N Rainbow Blvd, you will see the restaurant on your left hand side. You can park in the parking lot in front of the restaurant.
