Show them some vegan support and order a slice when you get those Philly inspired pizzas!! **Note it is just listed as "Pistachio Cheesecake" because it's so good, nonvegans don't even know it's animal-free!

Growing up back east, I absolutely loved the ice cream truck and getting the Good Humor Toasted Almond bars and Strawberry Shortcake bars. This new specialty cheesecake isn’t perfect (yet) but it’s close. I don’t go overboard with toppings on the cheesecakes out of choice. I’ve focused on the flavor and texture.
A strawberry cheesecake with a vanilla cake flavored swirl and topped with a blended and baked GF vanilla cream cookie, strawberry powder and butter crumbled topping. It is GF and nut-free but does contain soy.

is going in a new direction dropping “Meat” from their branding and creating a new clean label line reflecting their desire to lead in plant-based protein innovation rather than to be replicating animal protein.
I received four versions of their new Ground products. This is the first of the four that I cooked up creating Korean BBQ Tacos. They turned out incredible and packed with flavor and texture.
The trend moving forward is to create menu inclusivity. Restaurants adding plant-based dishes are often viewed as forward-thinking and socially responsible, improving their public image. Offering vegan items can differentiate a restaurant from competitors who still cater primarily to omnivores. These items will often appeal to entire dining parties, not just the vegan customer, increasing total table spend. Recipes like this one can be simple and game-changing for a restaurant to implement.
