Cathy’s Corner - Peet’s Coffees, Teas, & More Cathy's Corner - Peet's Coffees, Teas, & More is a food stall and coffee shop located in the lobby of U.S. Bank Tower on West Sahara Avenue. They offer a variety of freshly brewed Peet's Coffees, lattes, frappes, teas, smoothies, and food items. Customers can also enjoy free freshly baked cookies during the week of August 1st to celebrate Cathy's one year anniversary in business. Additionally, Cathy's Corner has partnered with Delices Gourmands French Bakery to provide their customers with delicious fresh baked goods. They also offer catering services for office meetings with pastries, carafes of coffee, creamers, sugars, cups/lids/stir sticks, napkins, juices and snacks available upon request. Open from 8-4 Monday to Thursday and 8-3 on Fridays.

COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE for home garage, business break room, etc!
Cathy's Corner will be closing at the end of May and all commercial quality refrigeration units, espresso machine, bean grinder, blender, prep tables, and more are available for sale, 1st come, 1st serve! These are in excellent condition and exceptionally well maintained. Seriously interested parties can email [email protected] for information or stop by the espresso bar in person to see the items and talk to Cathy Mondays through Fridays between 7:30am and 2pm or by appointment. Location is at U.S. Bank Tower across the street from Palace Station at the corner of Rancho and W Sahara - 2300 W Sahara Ave. (Lobby)
