Las Vegas Bluegrass Festival 2026 is complete!
We couldn’t have ordered up a more perfect day. The sun was shining, the breeze was blowing and music, sweet music filled the air. There was every kind of grass, except the kind you smoke. Very well behaved crowd. The vast majority of attendees stayed seated throughout the entire experience. There were many elders but even the youngsters remained seated all day. It was a bizzario land twilight zone feeling for this music ju**ie. There were dance police! Yes, people complaining about the few dancers that dared to have a good time and authentic energetic exchange with the musicians. Sitting through a show is just disrespectful to the musicians. If you have the ability to get up and move your body, dew it!!. Eventually, a few more people got up to dance, thankfully! It really was a twilight zone moment!
Back to the grass. There was blue grass, there was outlaw grass, there was Sagebrush grass. There was all kinds of grass, and it was all wonderful! Thank you city of Las Vegas for feeding our souls a wonderfilled afternoon of music! Grateful beyond measure! 🌈🌎🕊️✨💜⚡️🌹☠️🔥🐺💃🏻🙏🏼

All friends animal sanctuary is having a fundraiser today until 4 PM. If you are in Las Vegas, come by and support some wonderful local businesses, visit with the animals and enjoy a lovely afternoon in the desert!

All are welcome to come to pole fitness studio tomorrow, Sunday, from 5 to 7 PM to freshen up your wardrobe for free. Donations are welcome, but not required. There will be items for men, women, children, and maybe even pets. If you’re in Las Vegas and would like to freshen up your wardrobe, but don’t have it in the budget, free is in everyone’s budget! Whole fitness, studio and elevated yoga are the hosts for this wonderful event! All donations that are not taken by the community will be donated to safe nest. Doing good in the neighborhood!!

1st time for everything and am 👁️ grateful for this one!?!! A party on your palate. Have a feeling this will be the base of many future culinary experiences ! I made red lentil Dahl for the first time ever and it’s freaking delicious. 🤤

So grateful that our love of music takes us to new places to experience new towns and the beautiful things they have to offer. This “Trolls” exhibit was really cool and a whole lot of fun to experience with friends while we are out in Asheville for Billy strings shows.

So much awesomeness to share. Looking forward to getting it organized. Another couple of epic days in the books. After Wednesday night in the city, I rolled back down to Monterey on Thursday for . It was a grate show! The theater in Monterey is so beautiful. Made my way back up to the bay and headed to Marin for an epic sunset and a first time music adventure at the Remember, today is the greatest day of our lives! Let’s dance in the streets and celebrate this human experience!! 🐺💜⚡️🌹☠️✨🙏🏼💃🏻 Weir all in this together!

A day in the life…..
What started as a simple 3 1/2 hour road trip turned into more than 10 hours of adventure. Drove all the way up the coast on highway one. I knew it would take longer and if one chooses to do that adventure, it’s a full commitment. The drive was stunning. The day was perfection and I am so grateful! Made a pitstop in Santa Cruz to visit with a dear friend, fuel up the vehicle and prepare for the rest of the drive. Finally made it to San Francisco and Spent nearly an hour and a half looking for parking. It was almost the very first time that I gave up on seeing a show because I couldn’t find parking 😂 Thankfully, the patient kicked in, and when I finally landed a parking spot, I had been zigging and zagging around the venue that I had to find where the venue was and guess what? I was parked right across the street! All good things in all good time. First time . Grateful 💜 Showed up and there were tickets still available! & the UN brought the goods. Per usual, it was a great show and a f**k ton of fun. Ran into a buddy whose friend manages an arcade a couple doors down from the venue and went to check that out after the show. Then, I remembered the late, late night shop that we went to for dead 60 and made my way over to They have an entire section of the menu dedicated to compassionate cuisine. Those of you who know me, now I’m a breakfast ho so I proceeded to order the gigantic breakfast burrito. It was delicious and humongous so I get to enjoy another meal later today. Cruised out to the beach to car camp and now I’m ready for another day filled with adventure and driving. There’s always driving involved. Grateful beyond measure!

Made it to Ventura to catch DSO. Car camped last night and spent the day exploring. Found a cute coffee shop that had compassionate options. The pistachio Chia pudding magic was life!! The burrito was pretty tasty and the coffee is still a taste treat. Having an EOS membership is a blessing when traveling. Opportunities for rest, repair, sauna, hot tub, massage chair, and a hot shower are a welcome treat when on the road. Grabbed a few groceries and headed to the beach for sunset. I’ll make my way to San Luis Obispo for DSO tonight. I hope whatever you’re doing and wherever you are, you’re having fun! Weir here to have fun!!

Las Vegan Food Pantry has come to an end. Las Vegan Volunteers will continue to serve our community. What’s that saying? The only constant is change. We are so grateful that we were able to serve our community for five years. We thank everyone who helped with our distributions no matter how large or small the contribution. Whether it was time, money or non-perishable vegan food items, we are truly honored, humbled, and grateful for the experience.
