Pretty in purple...what gives the Royal Ramakien it's beautiful hue?
We combine butterfly pea infused gin with passionfruit liqueur, butterfly pea syrup, lychee, pineapple juice, and lime.
The butterfly pea, itself, is a flower native to the tropical regions of Asia, including Thailand. This flower is a deep indigo, and is used an herbal remedy in many Asian countries. In addition to infused spirits, this flower can be found in medicinal remedies, textile factories, and culinary dishes. Like many Southeast Asians, it's multi-talented! 😉

How do get things started? We love Koong Sarong.
Our twist on this classic takes things to the next level by enveloping our delectably marinated prawns with bacon and wonton. These Thai'd up prawns are then tossed into the deep fryer and served with our home made sweet and sour sauce.
A great starter for the table!

Our Thai-style charbroiled steak comes with one of two choices of sauce: the Prik Thai Onn or Panang curry.
Prik Thai, or "Thai pepper" is one of the most prevalent peppers found in Thai cooking. This young green peppercorn provides a gentle heat that can be found in a variety of dishes. Combining this peppercorn with our creamy curry sauce results in a merriment, and our first sauce option, of Prik Thai Onn [pictured].
Our second sauce option is the ever-famous Panang curry. This thick red sauce is both savory and sweet, with a zesty citrus flavor.
Which will you choose?

What makes Lotus of Siam so special?
Firstly, it's beginnings: Chef Saipin Chutima left her country over 35 years ago to pursue a new start in the United States. Needing to support her growing family, Chef worked to overcome the many obstacles of moving to an unfamiliar country.
She has built a legacy around her passion for sharing Northern Thailand cooking styles with foodies throughout the country. In fact, many of the recipes featured on our menu have been passed down through generations.
Through educating guests on Northern Thai cuisine, and through lots of hard work and determination, Chef Saipin has transformed Lotus of Siam into a nationally recognized restaurant.
Over time, things have changed but much has stayed the same. Stop by and experience the magic, you won't be sorry ✨

Send noodles! 🍜
If it seems like every table around you is ordering our Khao Soi, there's probably a reason.
This Northern Thai dish of egg noodles in a curry base sauce, garnished with more fried noodles, sliced red onions, lime, and pickled vegetables, is typically served with chicken, beef or pork, but we like to switch it up with our crispy duck or even soft shell crab.
Did you know we make all our sauces in house, fresh, from Chef Saipin's own recipes?
