We get a lot of concerned looks when people read this one.
Honestly, fair.
Soy sauce caramel sounds like the kind of idea that should stay an idea.
Instead, it became one of our favorites.

You werenβt imagining it. The shop has grown a little fuller lately.
We heard every note about seating. Truthfully, we agreed.
Expanding intentionally, though, rarely happens all at once. Theyβre built carefully over time while balancing growth, operations & the people who make the space what it is.
So thank you for giving us the time to shape the patio thoughtfully. More space for long conversations, slow mornings & coffee.
Future fall mornings out here are going to hit different.
