we may have slightly underestimated how much people like cinnamon rolls.
four years ago, we made six cinnamon rolls a day just one weekend a month.
four years later, weβre making trays of them daily in our 100sq ft kitchen with the same slow fermentation, patient proofing & attention to every batch.
a small idea with a rather large appetite. maybe thatβs the thing about little beginnings, you never know who theyβll matter to.

no more getting emotionally attached to something with an expiration date
The Filipino Breakfast Bagel got a little glow up before becoming permanent: longganisa, egg custard, soy garlic aioli, and our sea salt bagel, all refined for an even better bite.
This past August, I shared flavors that felt like home to me. Thank you for welcoming my familyβs story with such openness. The Filipino Breakfast Bagel is one of the most personal things Iβve put on our menu, and it means a lot knowing it gets to stay and become part of Evergreenβs story too.

One tastes like a raspado after school and the other feels like jamaica on a hot day
This monthβs barista-created specials pull from Mexican flavors and memories that live close to home, each reimagined through their own point of view. Jimmitoβs Leche de Vanilla is a nostalgic nod to childhood memories with condensed milk, cinnamon & vanilla, and Josephineβs Jamaica is a warm fall welcome with hibiscus, cucumber, mint & ginger.
and yes, ordering one earns them commission and helps remind them they should keep creating.
