Garlic Chili Crunch on pizza? 100% yes! End the weekend at Basilico with chef Joe’s new pizza- Sausage & Broccolini. This pizza is inspired by his favorite pasta dish that pairs sausage and broccoli.
He starts with house made fermented pizza dough, a lemon beurre blanc, house made fennel sausage, and broccolini. It gets finished with Garlic Chili Crunch that’s also made in house.

What an honor to be part of Vegas Unstripped 2026 with our very own chef Joe Valdez representing Basilico Ristorante Italiano 🎉
Inspired by the exploding off-Strip local culinary scene, Vegas Unstripped is Las Vegas’ only festival by chefs, about chefs, and for the Vegas community. Created in 2018, VU is an independent, not-for-profit event focused on promoting local chef talent, wherever they work (vs. particular restaurants or brands). Participating chefs are selected to represent the cutting edge of talent throughout the Vegas valley—each Chef is challenged to create unique dishes for the night reflecting their culinary vision. Proceeds of the event cover chef expenses as needed, and then support local underserved charities serving the community.
