For public transport, take Bus Route 201 towards Downtown Las Vegas and get off at the Main Street Station. From there, walk south on S Main St for two blocks and turn right onto Ogden Ave. Keep walking for half a block and you will find the cupcake shop on your left.
For driving and parking, take I-15 towards Downtown Las Vegas and exit at Charleston Blvd. Head east on E Charleston Blvd for three blocks and turn left onto S Las Vegas Blvd. After one block, turn right onto Ogden Ave. The cupcake shop will be on your right-hand side. There is limited street parking available, but there are also paid parking lots nearby.
