FAM‼️ Guess what?????
It’s our 2 year Anniversary!!!
Las Vegans 🌱 started our first pop-up July 17th 2021 at the Art District. Since day one we have had our amazing supporters that have joined us at every pop up since then. Many have seen our struggles and seen me cry 😭 when things don’t go our way. Many of you have prayed with us during those testing times and helped us stay afloat with hope that we are doing something right. These times when we fall short and failed have brought us to our knees and almost gave up but our fire inside is stronger and here we are still.
We want to say THANK YOU to ALL OF YOU that have supported us in this dream of bringing our favorite Authentic Mexican Food and veganize it for our community. I personally (gabby) have been Vegan since 2015 and I made it my mission to veganize our food we grew up on, routed on recipes brought down from generations and keeping them ALIVE!!
Before going Vegan I had a small catering business and I gave it all up once I went vegan 🌱 closing that one down (made many cry when we closed 😂) but my values and mission had changed once I became Vegan and I embarked on this mission to perfect everything dish and veganize it. We fist bought the name LAS VEGANS 🌱 in 2018 knowing I wanted to use it as our brand but it wasn’t till 2021 we decided to do our 1st pop-up. Now in 2023 we continue to perfect our recipes that have rooted from our central Mexico of Guanajuato and Michoacán. We hope you have enjoyed our food and continue to support us as we embark on growing our business to one day opening up a nice brick and mortar where we can continue to cook for you all this amazing food. Thank you ALL for being part of this journey!! Thank you for all the followers and fellow VENDORS who have now become FAMILY!!! WE LOVE YOU ALL!!!! MUCHAS GRACIAS FROM MI FAMILIA and myself. What’s NEXT?? We are currently applying for our yearly permit so we can pop up every weekend!!! popping up thru out the community. We are bringing everything we got!!!
