Today.. today was challenging, overwhelming, exciting, fun, anxiety filled, and eye opening all in one. We were invited to be one of the few food trucks to serve the Caribbean Heritage Festival. I am beyond grateful to have had this opportunity to expand my wings and actually run out of food waaay before time. We had to run out and grab more within a 20 min time frame 😩 I thought I knew what to expect but the universe said “naw girl, bigger” .. I wanted to quit today I was so overwhelmed. But my kids wouldn’t let me. Idk what I would do without them. We made it through the day. As I write this, I am crying happy tears. Today was beautiful. I am grateful 🙏🏽
